Requirement | All ATM systems from impacted ANSPs currently using FPL 2012 shall be upgraded to use the distributed eFPLs in operations. These systems include, but are not limited to, the ANSP’s Traffic Complexity tools and Flight Data Processing Systems (FDPS). |

Guidance
Examples of eFPL usage by the ANSPs include, but are not limited to, the processing of aircraft performance data to achieve enhanced flight monitoring, traffic complexity assessment and trajectory computation.
