The objectives of this meeting were:

• start to work on the tasks agreed for this year
  • change request on the specification in particular
    
• discuss the face-to-face meeting
  

Plans for this year

The two threads of AIRM development have come to an end. The "European AIRM" was already deployed. The "global" AIRM has been finalised and handed-over to ICAO's Information Management Panel (IMP). These two threads will be brought back under one file containing "main" content and supplemental content.

There is no immediate impact of the specification but we may need to update our examples in the supporting materials. In order to do this it is clear we need to spend time on understanding the AIRM and other SWIM information related artefacts. 

Task updates

The task list is at: SITCOM Tasks. Priorities have now been added.

Maintain supporting material

These tasks can be done in the background before the next meeting. Resource requirements are minimal but changes will be reviewed at the next meeting.

Process change request 169/1

The participants reviewed the change request and left comments.

SITCOM members are asked to add comments to the page by 22 February. That will allow time for the preparation of a change proposal. It can then be reviewed at the next Webex.

AIRM review

This will be a focus for the face-to-face meeting. See the draft agenda below.

Agenda for face-to-face meeting

As hotels are expensive for the face-to-face dates, the participants agreed to reopen the doodle and find alternative dates.
