Task Conformance assessment
The discussions clarified the notion of conformance to the spec, and of self-assessment.
The result of these discussions will be captured in a Conformance Assessment page within Resource part of the handbook. Action Walter.

There's a new page in the handbook containing material about the Basic steps to new services.

Presentation on SWIM Compliance
The presentation has clarified the notion of SWIM compliance as defined by the SWIM Governance Implementation Project. This notion was also related to the conformance assessment.
