Maintain supporting material

The group reviewed the work that had been done on items 5, 8-12.

• Item 5 - the XSD example is better annotated for sure. It still needs to be reviewed to see if the annotations are of good quality. During the meeting an opportunity to define a best practice was identified. It concerns the need to differentiate and perhaps add structure to traces when more than one exists in a given semantic correspondence statement. Item 4 has been updated and a new page (Defining better practices) created to allow work on this.
• Item 8 - the urns have been updated. The question of registering the "aero" domain will be raised at ICAO Information Management Panel (IMP) level.

After the meeting, items 8-12 were marked as completed.

The group hopes to get an update on item 9 soon as the IMP meeting referred to in the comments has occurred.

AIRM review

There is a plan to hold some sort of "SWIM Event" 9-11 December. This is in response to the wishes expressed at the "Get into SWIM" session. More information will follow but reserve the dates already. It is possible to use ICAO channels to promote the meeting once the agenda is ready.
