Restructured SWIM Supporting Material confluence site
Changes applied to reflect that the SWIM site contains work we have agreed but may still evolve. At some point we can agree to update the "formal" version of the handbooks at https://reference.swim.aero/resources.html. Future meetings will discuss this.
