Proposed conclusionoutcome:   

• conformance matrix added Conformance assessment - Donlon example. Making it clear that some elments missing (eg access and use conditions; eg code example)reordering
• Example Code: probably not possible for the Donlon example. We will have to wait for an example of a service that is effectively implemented. 
• Reordering of section for better readability (eg business experts, developers)
  • Any suggestion?Expanding the Table of Content makes clear the structure of the document. This improves reading.
  • Your suggestions for an improved ordering of sections are welcome.
