The service includes all the facilities to file a new eFPL, to update an existing eFPL and to cancel an eFPL, using FIXM data model and messages, complemented with NM extension to cover the European specificities, and provides feedback to the operator regarding whether the eFPL was successfully processed, and whether it is acceptable.The NM B2B Flight Management Service supports the provision of updates to the corresponding Submission Response and Filing Status in the context of the eFPL re-evaluation process Changes in eFPL acceptance occurring any time after the filing can be obtained either in request/reply mode via the FlightDataRequestService or in publish/subscribe mode via the Flight Management Service, by subscribing to the topic FFICE_FLIGHT_FILING. |

Trial Service | NM B2B Trial Service | The NM B2B Trial Service supportsis a request/reply service supporting the submission of a what-if type of request to EUROCONTROL NM to ascertain the acceptability/validity and possible ATM impact of a potential eFPL or the effects of a change being considered, without either creating a flight plan or changing the intended filed flight plan. |
Data Publication Service | NM B2B Flight Management Service (Publish/Subscribe interface) & NM B2B Subscription Management Service | The NM B2B Flight Management service is the NM B2B service that supports, among others, the distribution of eFPLs. Its Publish/Subscribe (P/S) interface will push the eFPLs to the client applications having subscribed to the FF-ICE Flight PlaneFPL topic using the NM B2B Subscription Management Service. Distribution of notifications of these events to concerned stakeholders (ATC, AD, TWR, etc.) is done via the publish/subscribe – topic FLIGHT_PLANS. |
