Restructured SWIM Supporting Material confluence site
The handbooks are now available on the reference site (http://reference.swim.aero/). This is the "formal/official version".
Handbooks listed as resources: http:Changes applied to reflect that the SWIM site contains work we have agreed but may still evolve. At some point we can agree to update the "formal" version of the handbooks at https://reference.swim.aero/resources.html

Can have both a warning and a status. Warning is for general public who need warning up front. Status can be seen as more internal. It is even possible to add the status in the warning dialogue title as well. Note: This may result in the need for multiple versions of the except used.

Retrospectives and prospective
The community is happy to begin to focus on specific service developments now that the baseline guidance is mature. Community members are free to bring their service developments to the community at any time. This is regardless of where they are in the Service Orientation Process. We can then learn how the specifications and guidance are used in the "real-world".
