Welcome

The objectives of this meeting were:

• Review the supporting materials after the first month of being “live”
• Look at the next set of work to be done

Experiences with the supporting material

Some minor bugs have been recorded for the supporting material. An action has been created to fix them. See the /wiki/spaces/SCOI/pages/59605888 task for more information on the bugs.

No other comments on the supporting material have been made at this moment.

Next work

The supporting material should move into “operations”. This means that people should start to use it and SITCOM should start to maintain it.

The meeting discussed the activities needed to support this: A task list will be maintained at SITCOM Tasks.

The task list was reviewed. The group accepted to work on them all but prioritisation and planning needs to be completed.

Two confluence spaces now available:

SWIM Community of Interest - used to record meetings, discuss tasks, etc

SWIM Supporting Material - the published supporting material.

Next meeting

Meeting schedule will be maintained at: SITCOM Meeting Notes.

It was agreed to have a 6 week cycle in meetings and to have a face-to-face sometime in April or May. The date is to be coordinated with the SSCONEs.
