Minimum Data Items
This page contains the mapping for the following data items as defined in PANS-AIM, chapter 5.3.3.1.1
c) ATS route and other route (designator, flight rules, );
These properties, which are considered as minimum AIP data set for Route1, are mapped to the following main AIXM 5 feature:

For the composition of the route designator, PANS-AIMS requires a property for the route designator prefix and another one for the remaining elements of a complete route designator.
In contrast, AIXM 5.1.(1) provides four different attributes to compose the complete route designator.
Example:
- designatorPrefix equal-to 'U', to indicate that the route or portion thereof is established in the upper airspace;
- designatorSecondLetter equal-to 'L'
- designatorNumber equal-to '601'
- multipleIdentifier equal-to 'F', to indicate that on the route or portion thereof advisory service only is provided
