Completed tasks

- Change proposal was reviewed by the JSON schema developers. Updated to allow for more flexibility in units of measure.
- The change proposal is now in the hands of the Registry CCB and JSON developers
- Check the timescale for integrating the change.
- Check the $schema version is correct as "draft-04".

- AIRM change request should be raised.
- This for the IWXXM and AIRM community to plan. This is a good opportunity to update the MET subject in the AIRM.

- Reworked change proposal based on comments on naming and structure.
- If happy, need to discuss the timing of when to submit the change e.g. do we need it before the Service Description Specification is updated?

- Service Categories
- Schemes available in skos format at com/eurocontrol-swim/service-metadata-schema
- It will soon be issued as v1.0.0 and listed under releases.
- Once the change is implemented in the schema, we can update the supporting material in line with the text in the change proposal.

- SKOS format is published on the reference website: https://reference.swim.aero/information-services/service-categories/swim-reference-categories.ttl. Agreed that they can be put on reference?
- "knowledge article" still to be writtenDiscuss is in early draft - some comments were made concerning sub-categories and use of URL/URN.
- Discussed candidates for other service categories at the next progress meeting.
- Service Level Agreements The task definition was updated

- The ICAO Information Domains should be update to use AIRM style definitions.
- It is not needed to mention "ICAO" in the names.

- Discuss publication afterwards. Original plan is to keep the requirements separate from those on service descriptions.

- Mature draft is available. Now checking the formal process to be Edits made after further comments received.
- New structure applied
- Formal process being followed to update the specification.
- Draft update of the supporting material related to service overviews.
- We should perform :
- tidy up:
- new template applied
- new numbering (with a traceability matrix from old to new numbers)
- new annex for the future update process
- list of names to be removed in line with privacy policy
- then wait until September to launch the formal process - this to allow the ICAO IMP to agree the Service Overview
- option 1 - the new version along with an explanatory note (listing changes and drivers for change) to be presented to the IMT for "validation"
