Welcome

Objectives of this meeting are:

  • progress on tasks

Common elements

Future

of supporting material confluence siteMoving supporting material content to

meetings

Next meeting, 20 July, will be Walter's last. Scott will take over the running of both halves, "SSCONE" and "SITCOM" from then. Some reorganisation of this site will take place to facilitate that.

Future of SWIM Supporting Material confluence site

The handbooks are now available on the reference site (http://reference.swim.aero/). This is the "formal/official version".

Some material has not been moved e.g. Service Overview. Proposal is to move this to the COI site. Can

Decommissioning the supporting material website.

  • timeline
  • interim measures e.g.

The status of supporting material confluence site will be made clearer:

    • it is a working area for drafting the next version.
    • to ensure this is clear we will add a warning at top of each page with a link to new sitereference site. Let's edit based on this...

    • link to knowledge article or resource

    Discussion:

Can have both a warning and a status. Warning is for general public who need warning up front. Status can be seen as more internal.  It is even possible to add the status in the warning dialogue title as well. Note: This may result in the need for multiple versions of the except used.

    Update on SSCONE tasks

    Question (guidance on XM)

    /wiki/spaces/SCOI/pages/59606150

    • The guidance material is defined
    • where to put it? In Handbook? Location?

    Discussion:

It was agreed to move the Deciding to use an exchange model page to supporting material - maybe to SOA area or in additional resources area.

However the /wiki/spaces/SCOI/pages/59606165 is more of a bug monitoring page and should stay where it is,

    Task list

The updated task list is at SSCONE Tasks.

    • The list has been cleaned up. Several tasks have been removed, as being completed or merged. (see below)
    • Remaining potential tasks: To be discussed... (SWIM Ref, ...)
    Work has started on the
