Objectives of this meeting are:

Future of supporting material confluence site
Moving supporting material content to reference site (http://reference.swim.aero/). That becomes the "official version".
- Handbooks listed as resources: http://reference.swim.aero/resources.html
- Additional material as knowledge articles.
Some material has not been moved e.g. Service Overview. This material should not be lost as it can form the basis of knowledge articles in the future.
Future of the supporting material website.
