- meeting took place to discuss the responses to the the comments received.
- in general the proposed responses to the comments were accepted and no objections to the publication were received.
- the summary of responses has been made available. If no objections are made, the specification will be published.

- New: Best practices to harmonise content of service description fields.
- How to structure new supporting material to take into account the updated version of the specification
  - Keep old handbook (properly versioned) and add new version for the update specification
  - Replace content with items on the reference page. Emphasis reference site more on the home page.
  - Delete Service Identification Document as we have done no work on this
  - Promote Service Metadata Schema to be at the same level as the handbooks
  - Move the remaining additional resources to where they are appropriate in the handbooks

SWIM service ecosystem
- Standardised Implementations
  - role of OGC services and how to ensure harmonised content in service descriptions e.g. WMS (the role of graphical information and maps in SWIM)
