The objectives of this meeting were:

• start to work on the tasks agreed for this year
  • change request on the specification in particular
    
• discuss the face-to-face meeting
  

Plans for this year

The two threads of AIRM development have come to an end. The "European AIRM" was already deployed. The "global" AIRM has been finalised and handed-over to ICAO's Information Management Panel (IMP). These two threads will be brought back under one file containing "main" content and supplemental content.

There is no immediate impact of the specification but we may need to update our examples in the supporting materials. In order to do this it is clear we need to spend time on understanding the AIRM and other SWIM information related artefacts.

The task list is at: Tasks. Priorities have now been added.

Maintain supporting material

Can be done in the background before the next meeting.

Need a dedicated meeting on this... Perhaps use the next meeting to discuss it.

AIRM review

This would be a focus for the face-to-face meeting.

Create training materials

SITCOM members are requested to make training needs known. For example: more on the AIRM.

Perform mappings

SITCOM members are requested to make their semantic correspondence needs known. Do you have examples to be mapped?

DWD example is known (but no work yet!)

Note that hotels are expensive for the face-to-face. Should we move the meeting?
