Objectives of this meeting are:

Update on tasks

The updated task list is at SSCONE-SITCOM Tasks.

SWIM Service Description Specification now out for formal consultation until end of January
FAQ questions and answers that were agreed earlier were moved.

Retrospectives -
- Two retrospectives from DSNA added to the presentation
- Analysis and identification of new tasks
  - Service Registry - new page created to continue the discussions.
    - Note that the Registry CCB is still the decision making body.
- - - OGC Service Discovery Service - See https://portal.ogc.org/files/?artifact_id=94391. This is related to registry interoperability and will be discussed at the next Registry CCB meeting.
  - Information Exchange Models - added to Maintain supporting material list. See below for the work that has started
  - SWIM Specifications and Supporting Material - AMQP topics, granularity, graphQL and multiple endpoints discussions added to FAQ
FAQ
- The group started work to answer the new questions. Please send comments/examples to use.
Maintain supporting material
- Work started on information related tasks e.g. new content and updated content. Please send comments.
- The group will start work on the best practices to harmonise the content of service descriptions fields. Please send comments.
SWIM service ecosystem
- no update - task will start in 2022.

ICAO Information Management Panel - on Job Cards
- The group pointed out that governance is important if the correct set of service definitions are to be created. The service definition job card deals with the technical aspects to be dealt with by the architecture working group. The IMP has a working group that is dedicated to the governance aspects of SWIM. There is obviously a link between the working groups.
