Objectives of this meeting are:
- combining webexes with SITCOM
- feedback from review
- progress on the tasks
Combining SSCONE & SITCOM meetings
Motivation: Avoid repetition in administrative area. Overlap in content and membership. Better use of your time.
The idea has been accepted last week by SITCOM members, and now by SSCONE members.
The schedule of the combined meetings will follow that of SSCONE Meetings.

Feedback receveid from Renato on following requirements, which were further discussed during the meeting
- SWIM-SERV-001 Description coverage
- guidance will be added for the case of composed services (Action W)
- SWIM-SERV-003 Define abbreviations
- A link will be added to a new webpage with the reference material (Action W)
- SWIM-SERV-006 Service identification
- The comment proposes have a URI to refer to the service description, as in following proof of concept https://airservicesaustralia.github.io/registry/service/M001.html.
- This proposal could be used as input for the European SWIM Registry
- SWIM-SERV-009 Service categories
- The comment proposes to include both a label and a code (URI), as in the proof of concept above. Eg label = Meteorological Observation, code = urn:aero:airm:1.0.0:ConceptualModel:Subjects:Meteorology:MeteorologicalObservation
- This proposal could be used as input for the European SWIM Registry
- SWIM-SERV-023 AIRM conformance.
- guidance will be added, 1° to make clearer the role of 023 vs 022, 2° to clarify the meaning of conformance in this context (Action W)

Reserve the dates for the SWIM Service Implementation Workshop on 9-11 December (09/12 1330 - 11/12 1230). The 2019-12-09 to 11 SWIM Service Implementation Workshop is a response to the wishes expressed at the "Get into SWIM" session.
Question: Should we hold a SWIM COI F2F on the day after the workshop (12 Dec)?
- Renato indicates his preference to combine meetings.
- Oliver points at a possible need for a F2F before the end of the SWIM Governance Implementation Project.
