Task list

• Formal Arrangements - Service Level Agreements
• Moved to supporting material.

Ongoing tasks

• Service Categories
  • "knowledge article" is in early draft - can be moved to supporting material once new version of the specification is out.
  • Published new categories.
• Service Definitions
  • Discuss publication afterwards. Original plan is to keep the requirements separate from those on service descriptions.

      then wait until September to launch the formal process - this to allow the ICAO IMP to agree the Service Overview
      • option 1 - the new version along with an explanatory note (listing changes and drivers for change) to be presented to the IMT for "validation"
      • option 2 - full public consultation, etc
  • That should be enough before we publish at the end of the year/early next.

  • Update on mapping to the service description requirements and service definition content.
  • Await the final publication of PANS-IM before we make the updates live.
