• Published Using Service Categories in supporting material.
• Queued for publication - new service category for information domains.
  • AIRM category is with AIRM CCB.
• Service Definitions
  • Content agreed and is available for "testing" and feedback.
• Service Overviews
  • Supporting material finished in line with current draft of PANS-IM.
  • Passed on the baton to the Registry CCB for the moment - they will plan the Registry support for Overviews.

  • Target IMT on 8th October for an information/action paper
  • Formal public consultation will launch in mid-October
  • This means comments, etc will be addressed in early 2022
  • Aim is to publish in Q1 2022 (depending on comments)

  • Ensure it is ready to support the updated service definition and description requirements.

  • Crash action for the Met community.

Potential new tasks

• supporting material
  • naming conventions
  • gazetteer of organisations to ensure consistent naming
  • "get into swim" slides to be refreshed and made into confluence pages
•  "review" some service descriptions and see whether they makes sense, can be improved, and could become "reference examples"
• start documenting the SOA. Actual services and how they relate etc
  • this will map information exchanges to values in the service categorisation schemes
• service definition supporting material
