Welcome
The objectives of this meeting were:
- work on the tasks agreed for this year
Task updates
The task list is at: SITCOM Tasks.
Process change request 169/1
The group reviewed the proposal based on the comments received. The proposal was accepted by the group with one minor comment to look to see if the word "statement" or similar need to be added to the opening phrase. This would clarify the difference between "semantic correspondence" and "semantic correspondence statement".
The proposal will now be submitted to the ERAF at the SITCOM recommendation on how to address the change request.
Maintain supporting material
The task list was updated:
- Some tasks can be marked as completed.
- Some tasks were edited re-prioritized.
- Some new tasks were noted.
AIRM review
A small primer on the AIRM and other SWIM information related artefacts was given.
It covered:
- AIRM
- AIRM website
- Exchange Models
The group agreed that a "Review Forum" is a good idea. However, it should go beyond the AIRM and become a more general SWIM forum covering services. It is a good way of getting feedback from the community and also keeping everybody up to date.

The received training requests were reviewed.
The general AIRM training is covered by the website. So we can close this until specific request is received.
The service payload training material request is confusing and too broad. However, the group assumes it could cover the derivation process for a new model and resulting schema. The training could focus on using the AIRM as a root for developing new service payload models. There needs to be use-case for this. It could focus on different digital formats: making a schema, JSON.
There was a request to have an "awareness" page which is lighter than "training".

The suggested mapping requests were reviewed and status updated.
A request was made to compile a list of standards using the AIRM e.g. EUROCAE ED-104.
Any other business
None.
